How can national parks get started with Nature on Prescription? On Thursday, November 26, the National Parks Bureau, together with the Health domain of the Inclusive Nature Collective, is organizing an inspiration meeting in Nunspeet. During the meeting, the new practical guide Nature on Prescription for national parks will be launched.
The new guide offers national parks practical points of reference to connect nature and health. The publication is an in-depth and practical translation of the previously released guide National Parks as a Catalyst for Health. It incorporates experiences from various national parks.
The meeting is primarily intended for national parks that want to work with Nature on Prescription. Collaborative partners in the field of nature and health are also warmly welcome.
Experiences and Practical Tips
During the meeting, experts from the field and representatives of National Park Zuid-Kennemerland and National Park Duinen van Texel share their experiences and provide practical tips. There is also room to exchange knowledge and discuss how national parks can work with Nature on Prescription.
